Welcome to OnCallDocApp: a cutting-edge medical voice calling and messaging transcription app.

We designed OnCallDocApp for healthcare professionals, to streamline the process of documenting the content of phone calls with patients, advanced practice providers, and hospitals. Our Founder and CEO is a world-renowned spine surgeon who knows about the hassle of manual record keeping, especially when it is late at night and while on-call.

All healthcare professionals know that if the conversation is not documented, it did not happen. But with the demands of clinical practice, documentation can be a challenge, especially documenting after-hours phone calls with patients. Increased time spent on administrative tasks like documentation leads to increased healthcare provider burnout. Furthermore, insufficient documentation of after-hours phone conversations can lead to poor patient outcomes and is at the root of many malpractice lawsuit claims and settlements. Finally, there is a robust and easy-to-use solution to this problem.

All you have to do is start or receive a call. Once the call ends, OnCallDocApp does the hard work: we email you a HIPAA-compliant, encrypted email file with the transcription of your call. Then, just copy and paste the call transcription into your electronic health records (EHR) system.

OnCallDocApp is highly scalable, making it suitable for use in a variety of healthcare settings, from small medical clinics to large hospitals and healthcare networks. OnCallDocApp is designed to handle large volumes of data and users, ensuring that medical professionals can use the app with confidence, regardless of the size or complexity of their practice. We employ robust encryption protocols to ensure the confidentiality and privacy of call/text records.

At OnCallDocApp we are improving patient care while lightening the administrative load; allowing healthcare professionals to focus their time and energy on patient care.
